The Priefert Pavilion at the South Point Arena & Equestrian Center is a state-of-the-art expansion designed to accommodate a wide range of equestrian events. With two versatile arenas, this climate-controlled facility provides top-tier amenities for both competitors and promoters. Connected directly to the Practice Arena, the Priefert Pavilion offers seamless access to over 1,200 climate-controlled stalls, & warm-up areas, ensuring a convenient and comfortable experience for horses, riders, and attendees.

With more than 30 weeks of equestrian events scheduled each year, the South Point Arena and Equestrian Center is home to some of the world’s largest and most unique equestrian events. The property caters to many niches within the industry from high-action competitions to breeders shows. In addition, South Point has played an instrumental role in some of Las Vegas’ largest Western lifestyle events including the National Finals Rodeo (NFR), Professional Bull Riders’ (PBR) World Finals and the World Series of Team Roping (WSTR).

South Point broke ground on construction of the new facility in spring 2013 as part of a joint project to expand the Arena and Equestrian Center and build a new bowling tournament facility.
